The pioneering actor and comedian Richard Pryor passed away today. He suffered a heart attack but his health had been in decline since 1986 when he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Pryor was contorversial and not everyones 'cup of tea', but I thought he was superb, especially as a stand-up. His racial satire knew no limits and was refreshingly unique.
